Her novels include Edith about the Irish R.M. co-author Edith Somerville; and The House Where It Happened about the 1711 Islandmagee witchcraft trial, which led to a plaque erected in 2023 to commemorate those wrongly convicted following a campaign she initiated.

Her latest book, Charlotte focuses on Charlotte Brontë’s Irish connections in Co Down and Co Offaly, and came out in September 2024. She has also had two plays performed: Call Me Madame about Countess Marcievicz and Curves of Emotion about Nora Barnacle’s influence on James Joyce.
