Nicky Ryan is Senior Media Producer with The Journal and Producer of the Stardust, Redacted Lives and The Explainer podcasts. He is a two-time winner of the Mary Raftery Prize for social affairs journalism.

Christine Bohan is Deputy Editor of The Journal where her work focuses on finding interesting and trustworthy news stories for online audiences. She ran The Journal's award-winning factcheck project during the Covid-19 pandemic and was the executive producer for its Stardust and The Explainer podcasts.

Amanda Cassidy is a freelance journalist, commissioning editor and former Sky News reporter.  She has been shortlisted for the Irish Journalist of the Year Awards, and more recently the Headline Media writing awards.
