Research has shown that writing has a positive effect on our health and wellbeing. Journaling is the practice of writing as a way of healing, growing, exploring, and solving problems. This interactive workshop is suitable for anyone interested in writing - learn the benefits of journaling, help you develop your own writing practice, get in touch with your creativity, and figure out what it is you want to do and say. All welcome, no previous writing experience required.

 

 

Christine Poole is from Dublin where she lives with her husband and son. With an honours degree and masters in medical molecular genetics, Christine is a scientist, researcher, writer, and facilitator. In her writing she combines her knowledge and experience of western scientific research with eastern practices and philosophies. With a twenty-year career in health care, qualifications in shiatsu and reflexology and a passion for health and healing, she has used daily journaling for nearly a decade as a tool on her journey of self-discovery.
